LOANER, UNICONDYLAR KNEE SET
The Naval Hospital Bremerton (NHB) Acquisition Management Department on behalf of the Main Operating Rooms, intends to award a sole source procurement to Biomet Orthopaedic INC for joint system medical supplies. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive bids. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Award will be made using SAP.
