The Contractor shall furnish all qualified personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and other items and services necessary to decommission, dispose of and replace the one (1) existing furnace, condensing unit, and evaporator coil at the building known as the Arnold House, located at Lincoln Home National Historic Site, Springfield, IL.
All work required by the project documents to successfully and satisfactorily complete the work in its entirety will be performed by the Contractor, to include minor items/services that may not be specifically mentioned in the project documents. The project documents are attachments to this solicitation.
Work is to be performed and completed within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of contract award.

Estimated Value is not expected to exceed $25,000.
A firm-fixed price services contract will be awarded to the quoter who has the lowest price and is technically capable (LPTA).
