ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received by Division of Public Works, State of Idaho at 502 N. 4th Street, Boise Idaho 83702 until 9:00 a.m., prevailing local time, on January 28th, 2010 for Two DPW Project Nos. 10 -858 Re-bid & 10 -859 Re-bid LIGHT CONSTRUCTION Service Contracts Capitol Mall.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.
Plans, specifications, proposal forms and other information are on file for examination at the following locations:

A bid bond in the amount of $2,500.00 is required.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 502 N. 4th Street, Boise Idaho 83702 on January 19th, 2010 starting at 9:00 a.m. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
Estimated Annual Expenditures: Up to Two Hundred Thousand Dollars, ($200,000.00)
