SCOPE OF WORK
This solicitation is for hand thinning, and hand piling on the Sawtooth National Forest, Fairfield District. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies, and incidentals to perform all work necessary on the areas specified. All aspects of the work program shall be performed in an organized, systematic manner to assure services will be performed over the entire unit. This contract is a Performance Based, firm-fixed price contract.
LOCATION
The project is located approximately 20 miles Northeast of Fairfield, Idaho on the Fairfield District of the Sawtooth National Forest. The area can be accessed from Fairfield, ID going north on Soldier RD, east on Base Line Rd, north on Soldier Creek Rd, continue north east on Little Smokey Rd., continue north on National Forest Rd 15, north on Carrie Creek Rd. to the project area.. The proposed treatment area includes portions of the following: T3N R15E, Sections 4-9, and 33, T4N R14E Section 12 and 13.
