to train staff at personal responsibility education programs (PREP) implementation sites on providing culturally competent services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning (LGBTQ) youth, conduct on-site cultural competence assessments at each PREP implementation site, and provide additional training and consultations as needed to PREP implementation sites.
