LEWIS AND CLARK NATIONAL FOREST - Belt Creek Ranger District Janitorial Services
The service in this contract will consist of all jobs necessary to maintain the premises, furniture and fixtures in a clean and sanitary condition and a quality consistent with that normally expected in buildings subjected to considerable public use.
The Contractor shall be responsible for the orderliness and cleanliness in areas used for offices and storage including the lunchroom and coffee break areas. All areas shall be kept clean, neat and free of fire and safety hazards and unsanitary conditions.
The janitorial services are required for the Belt Creek Ranger District Office, 6 miles North of Neihart, Montana on the Lewis & Clark National Forest. The area to be maintained consists of approximately 1,940 square feet, which is divided into eleven (11) rooms and two (2) hallways. Floor surfaces are 60 square feet of linoleum and 1,880 square feet of carpet. Annual cleaning of bunkhouse located by the District Office, consisting of three (3) Living Areas three (3) bathrooms, one (1) bathroom in the Rec Room, three(3) kitchens, five (5) sleeping rooms, and three (3) hallways. Annual cleaning of recreation building located by the District Office, consisting of recreation room, laundry room, and lavatory.
