This is a Firm Fixed priced contract. This procurement is for a quantity of 6,079 each. NSN: 5306-01-557-1145. The government does not possess complete unrestricted technical data therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only one source Untied Technologies. Other than full and open competition appleis under the authority of 10 USC 2304C(1). Item is Sole Source to Untied Technologies under part number 4088517-01 and it is anticipated that the award will be made via a deliveryorder against a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). Delivery will be 399 days with partial phased deliveries requiested. Delivery will be made to DDSP New Cumberland Facility. FOB Origin Source Inspection Applies.
