This is a SYNOPSIS for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This synopsis shall be posted on both the FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil). The RFQ number is N00189-17-T-G082. The NAICS code is 561621 b Security Systems Services, and the small business standard is $20.5 Million dollars.
This requirement is being advertised as other than full and open competition, thus there is no small business set-aside. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAR and DFARS. It is the vendorbs responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
