Technical Data Package: Instructions will be available in the solicitation on how to access the associated technical data package.
Critical Military Technical Data: The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as "Militarily Critical Technical Data." Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, have an active DD2345 and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document and technical data. To obtain certification, contact the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) at 800.352.3572 or http://www.dlis.dla.mil/ccal. Requests for technical data from foreign sources or representatives (other than Canada) will not be considered.


Location of Posted Solicitation: This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov and will be listed under Army Contracting Command ACC-Warren (ACC-WRN) (WVA). CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
