LEED Commissioning Services for Durham County Justice Building
The Owner is seeking the services of a certified [LEED] Commissioning [Services] Provider firm for the Durham County Justice Building. This new construction project is a 322,784 gross square feet, 12 story, Class A-3 Assembly, Type 1-A Fully Sprinklered building in Durham, North Carolina with a project budget of $116 million. The facility is expected to be comprised
of approximately 70% Office space, 15% Storage/Mechanical, 5% Institutional restraint, 10% Courtroom, the balance of the areas will be
circulation, back of house and mechanical spaces etc.
