LED Video Displays and Fascia Enhancement
The following Request for Proposal (RFP) represents the minimum requirements to
furnish, install and integrate a new LED video display into the existing structure and add
a series of LED parapet fascia at Sun Devil Stadium at Arizona State University in
Tempe Arizona.
"The Contractor will provide the Work described in the Contract Documents on a
'turnkey basis'. Work covered by this Agreement includes, unless otherwise indicated,
the manufacture, supply, delivery, labor and testing of all equipment and materials
necessary to operate a large screen video display as described in the Contract
Documents, and particularly in the specifications and standards outlined in this RFP."
Proposers responding to this RFP must provide pricing for a complete turnkey
installation, including pricing for the provision and installation of all items necessary to
provide a finished and fully operational system. Materials or equipment required for the
provision and installation of such a system, not expressly addressed in this RFP, is
understood to be the responsibility of the Proposer.
The Contractor shall provide a complete, workable and operational system including all
labor, equipment, tools, material, engineering, supervision, licenses, insurance, permits
and bonds to: engineer, manufacture and install a fully integrated and operational LED
video display including all noted processing and integration highlighted by the following:
One (1) 25mm full color outdoor LED Display (24H x 32W)
Two (2) 20mm LED Field-Level Fascia Sections (4H x 300W)
