LEASING OF COPIERS AND COPIERS SUPPORT SERVICES

The City is soliciting proposals for providing a 60 month lease for copiers
and copier support services. These copiers will be located within the City of
Martinez at various City facilities. The City of Martinez will require a single vendor to
deliver and support the replacement of 6 printer/copiers. Interested parties must
submit proposals to the City of Martinez, Kathy DeVries Information Systems
Specialist, no later that 5:00 p.m. on March 27, 2009. Late proposals will not be
accepted.
