LEASE - ROCHESTER TRANSITION CLINIC
U.S. DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS DESIRES TO LEASE SPACE
The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield 9,997 Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) in Rochester, New York for use as a Clinic. The space must be contiguous; on no more than one floor (preferably the ground floor) and can be provided by new construction or modification of existing space. On-site parking for 75 vehicles is required, including handicapped-accessible parking. A lease for up to 10 years (5 years firm) will be considered. Desired occupancy date is April 1, 2015.
Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered:
Delineated area for this lease is as follows (a diagram is available upon request) :
The boundaries are Mt. Hope Avenue and Ford Street on the west,
West Main Street and East Avenue on the north,
Goodman Street and South Clinton Avenue on the east, and
Westfall Road on the south.
