The requirements outlined herein are for Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) VA528-13-R-0311.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space:
City and State: Clifton Park, New York
Delineated Area: Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered:
North: Kinns Road
South: Crescent Road/Vischer Ferry Road
East: Fellows Road/NYS Route 236/County Route 95 (Harris Road)
West: NYS Route 146a (Ballston Lake Rd.)/County Route 90 (Vischer Ferry Rd.)
Minimum Net Usable Sq. Ft. (NUSF): 3,849 NUSF of contiguous space
Maximum Net Usable Sq. Ft. (NUSF): 4,000 NUSF of contiguous space
Parking Spaces (Total): 27 (includes 4 van accessible handicapped stalls)
24/7 Parking Spaces: 3 for Government Owned Vehicles (GOVs)
Full Term: Up to 10 Years
Firm Term: 5 Years
Option Term: 5, 1-Year Options
The requirements for this procurement are specified in RLP VA528-13-R-0311 and accompanying solicitation documents. Potential offerors shall thoroughly and completely read all documents in the solicitation package accompanying RLP VA528-13-R-0311. Offers are due June 16, 2014, 2:00PM EST.
The solicitation package, along with any amendments and all clarifications and other notices related to this RLP shall be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov) and shall reference Solicitation No. VA528-13-R-0311. It is the responsibility of offerors to monitor the FBO website for any notices related to this project. Requests for clarification regarding RLP VA528-13-R-0311 shall be submitted via email only to the Government's Contracting Officer (CO) no later than June 13, 2014, 1:00PM EST. With respect to all matters relating to the lease acquisition for the subject project, only the Government's CO designated below shall have the authority to issue and amend the RLP and award a Lease.
