The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to obtain an LDS Reporting Portal that will provide
secure on line access to student level data for school and city staff, parents, students, and the community at large.
The Bid should include appropriate levels of services for system installation & configuration, technical training, end user training and
technical support. Technical documentation is required as part of delivery.
