This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) / Acquisition Directorate is seeking to renew the maintenance agreement for Living Disaster Recovery Plan System (LDRPS) and NotiFind, which are distributed by SunGard Availability Services.

1. The solicitation number is HQ0034-15-T-0015. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote.

2. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-79.

3. This solicitation is full and open to all vendors. There is no set aside for this procurement. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541519, Other Computer Related Services.

4. The Government requires the following:

10 Concurrent/Unlimited
Named User- Annual
Support Service Fee
For Living Disaster Recovery Plan
System Software Maintenance


ITEM NO 0002 NotiFind Enterprise 1 Each
Recipients Included = 5,000
Annual NotiFind License
Subscription Service Fee


The Period of Performance 12/22/2014 - 12/21/2015.

5. Dates and places of delivery are included herein. Acceptance is at the Government location and all deliveries are FOB destination.

6. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition.

7. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items is included. The evaluation criteria included in paragraph (a) are technically acceptable, and price.

8. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer, unless this information is in ORCA. In the event this information is in Orca, only submit section b of the provision.

9. The clauses at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.

10. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.

11. The contracting officer has determined that additional DoD specific terms and conditions are necessary to implement statutes and regulations pertaining to DoD acquisitions. However, the terms and conditions are consistent with customary commercial practices.
