This is a requirement for the manufacture of build to print Liquid Cooling Unit Weldment Assemblies Plumbing Slides In Accordance With (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW). Applicable Drawings are listed in section 2.3 of the SOW. The SOW and Drawings will be separately attached to this solicitation. **Vendors are encouraged to agree to proposed shipping schedule in Production Unit CLINs.**
This requirement contains First Article Testing (FAT) in Quantities of (1). These units will be counted towards production for a total quantity of 37. Testing of FAT units will take place at NSWC Crane by Government. Vendors are instructed to not begin production quantities until acceptance of First Article units have been accepted.

This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-19-Q-0268 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.
All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the FedBizOpps site for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
