LCMS Software
The Bureau of Land Management/National Interagency Fire Center has the requirement for IBM/Kenexa LCMS Premier on Premise Standard Upgrade to the latest release and Premier Author Annual software subscription and support renewal for 12 months.
A sole source justification has been submitted and approved for IBM/Kenexa to provide the services. Existing training is currently within IBM/Kenexa and this solicitation is for continuation of the software subscription.
