Description:
The Coconino National Forest, Red Rock Ranger District, intends to award a contract for removing an existing toilet at Lawrence Crossing, installing a new CXT toilet at Lawrence Crossing, installing a new CXT toilet at Yavapai Point, and constructing an accessible sidewalk to CXT at Yavapai point. Work includes removing an existing fence, grading, clearing and grubbing, installation of two toilets, removal and disposal of existing toilet, construction of a sidewalk and scupper. Work includes all labor, materials, equipment and all accessories to complete as per all applicable local and state requirements.. This project is set-aside 100% for Small Businesses under NAICS code 238990. The magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation shall be posted on or about June 18, 2014, no additional information will available until the solicitation is issued.
