LAWRENCE BERKELEY NATIONAL LABORATORY (LBNL) SHUTTLE SERVICES
The University of California, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory ("University" or "LBNL") requests a proposal for Shuttle Services, in accordance with the RFP, Sample Subcontract and other enclosures attached to this FedBizOps solicitation.
This solicitation is governed by procurement policies and procedures established under the University's Prime Contract No. DE-AC02-05CH11231 with the U.S. Government, represented by the Department of Energy (DOE), for management and operation of LBNL. Proposals submitted will be treated as offers and any resulting award(s) will be a subcontract under the University's Prime Contract.

Pre-Bid Meeting - May 23, 2019 10:00am-12:00pm
Offeror Questions Due- May 30, 2019 11:59pm
Proposals Due - June 10, 2019, no later than 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time
1.1 Estimated Term
It is expected the Subcontract will be performed over a period of 2 years and will include option years.
1.2 Notice of Small Business Set-Aside
Proposals are solicited exclusively from small business concerns. Any proposals from offerors that are not small business concerns will not be considered, and any award(s) resulting from this solicitation will only be made to a small business concern. Large businesses must partner with a small business concern to take part in this solicitation process.
1.3 NAICS Code and Small Business Size Standard
This is a 100% small business set aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 485410, School and Employee Bus Transportation. The corresponding small business size standard for this acquisition is annual receipts of $15 million or less.
