LAWN MAINTENACE 2015-2016
THIS IS A SUB CONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY
INTRODUCTION
Homestead Job Corps Center is seeking quotes for Lawn and Landscaping Maintenance Service Contract.
SCOPE OF WORK
The contractor shall complete lawn mowing, weed control, cut and maintain drainage area, edge all lawn areas. Inspect Palm trees for pruning and provide as needed. Mowing, edging and weed eating services shall be performed twice a month. Schedule will be provided. Lawn edges shall be edged at sidewalks, curbs, fences, foundations and pathways. Contractor shall maintain all shrubs in healthy, growing condition. Shrubs shall be trimmed to maintain desired shape and function as needed to provide a neat, trim appearance. Cut and spray weeds that row through asphalt. All canals (drainage area) must be maintained clean from high weeds and cut as needed. Blow off all areas. All premises must be kept clean and free from debris and accumulation of waste. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, specialized equipment, material, supplies and transportation to perform landscape maintenance services.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
The period of performance for this project will be September 1, 2014- July 31, 2015.
LOCATION
The selected vendor for this project will perform the work at Homestead Job Corps Center, 12350 SW 285 Street, Homestead, FL 33033.
