LAWN & GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit competitive sealed proposals from qualified companies or individuals to provide lawn and grounds services for the Beach Resort & Casino. This award may be renewed for up to 2 (two) additional years based upon the recommendation of the Chief Operating Officer and acceptance by the Chief Executive Officer. The Beach Resort, at its sole discretion, may award an agreement to a single provider or as a multiple award.
