LAUNDRY & DRY CLEANING SERVICES MEDICAL GROUP
The 31st Contracting Squadron, Aviano Air Base, Pordenone, Italy hereby publicizes its intention to issue a REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL to solicit proposals for LAUNDRY & DRY CLEANING services (non personal services). The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, transportation and supplies except as specified as Government-furnished, to provide offsite laundry & dry cleaning services, including pick up and delivery, at the 31st Medical Group, Aviano, Bldg 121, AREA 1, including the Flight Medicine Clinic and Health and Wellness Center (HAWC) located at the Flightline Area.
This procurement is unrestricted (full and open competition). The projected period of performance will consist of ONE BASIC period from 01 Oct 2014 through 30 Sept 2015, plus FOUR 12-months OPTION PERIODS, starting 01 Oct 2015 through 30 Sept 2019. The Government intends to award one firm-fixed price contract. The anticipated issue date for the SOLICITATION is on or about 15 June 2014 with an anticipated date for receipt of proposals on or about 15 July 2014. The Government plans to use the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website and e-mail as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information.
