LANTIRN Sniper Pod support
This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a contract for the purchase of engineering services to support the LANTIRN Sniper Pods
Period of Performance: Approximately 36 months
The approximate issue date will be 30 July 2011 with an approximate response date of 30 August 2013.
The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Lockheed Martin, Cage Code 04939. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as supplemented by FAR 6.302-1.
Responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The RFQ will NOT be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov.
