LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE AND ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES RFP
New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) is seeking a Consultant to create schematic designs, design development and construction documents for the Randalls Island Connector (RIC) project to build an at-grade bicycle/pedestrian pathway extending south of 132nd Street in the Bronx (underneath an existing Amtrak trestle) across the Bronx Kill into Randalls Island. The project is part of the larger South Bronx Greenway Master Plan. Funding for the project will be provided through Federal Highway Administration Funds.
NYCEDC plans to select a consultant on the basis of factors stated in the RFP which include, but are not limited to: the quality of the proposal, experience of key staff identified in the proposal, experience and quality of any proposed subcontractors, and demonstrated success in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP.
