LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT/ENGINEERING/ARCHITECT CONSULTANT SERVICES
The City of Elgin, Illinois invites proposals from qualified consultants to complete park
planning, architectural feasibility study, and preliminary site engineering work required for
improvements to the Elgin Sports Complex. It is anticipated that the consultant will
possess a combination of experience and expertise in the following areas:
Landscape Architecture
Park Design, including playgrounds and synthetic turf fields
Civil, Environmental, and Electrical Engineering
Stormwater Management, including best management practices
Field Irrigation Design
Sports Field Lighting
Architecture in park facilities
Qualified consultants shall be licensed to practice in the State of Illinois, and have a
minimum of ten years experience working on projects of a similar nature and scope.
