LAND USE AND ZONING ORDINANCE UPDATE
The County will be using the Competitive Sealed Proposal methodology for procurement of
the goods and services in this RFP. Discussions and demos may be conducted with offerors
who submit proposals determined to be reasonably capable of being selected for award, but
proposals may be accepted without such discussions. The purpose of any such discussions
will be to promote understanding of the County requirements and offerors' proposal and
facilitate arriving at a contract. The County may issue a Request for Best and Final offer to
the finalists. Proposals will not be opened publicly.
