Currently RCRMC is utilizing the Microsoft Solutions Framework. This framework and methods utilize an iterative process, which offers a systematic approach as well as proven component level design, resulting in a solid solution. By following this approach, the solution can be built, one block at a time, and then refined before moving on to the next block. The flexibility needed to return to the previous block and fix it is maintained, which allows for better control of the requirements and traceability. The requirements from the previous processare realized and are not missed during the next iteration.RCRMC requires the successful bidder to deliver the entire solution as required by this RFP within a five (5)months performance period upon executing of the agreement
