LAGOON PROJECT
soliciting detailed proposals from qualified contractors interested in providing the
following services:
• Consultation / design services for selection of specific geotubes to be used in the construction of
a haul lagoon and the selection of the coagulant to be used.
• Construction services to include:
o Construction of two (2) lagoon cells, including the placement and fill of the selected geotubes;
o Stockpiling of material for the future capping of the berms and old honeybucket lagoon
abandonment.
o Alternative options for capping of berms, grading, seeding, lagoon fence installation, dump
station installation, boardwalk extension, etc
