The Minneapolis VA Health Care System (HCS) Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service (P&LMS) Microbiology/Molecular Laboratory requires a cost-per-test system for Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) genotyping testing. All questions must be submitted to the Contracting Officer in writing via email address: [email protected]. All questions must be submitted no later than 4PM CT on July 22, 2014. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS code) 325413 applies along with a size standard of 500 employees. The Government intends to make a single award with a period of performance from date of award for a full year plus four (4) one (1) year pre-priced option years.
The solicitation is tentatively scheduled to be issued on/about July 8, 2014 and will be issued via Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) electronic posting system. Offerors are responsible for checking the website regularly to obtain amendments. Vendors are reminded that representatives from their company SHALL NOT contact any Minneapolis VAHCS personnel to discuss this RFP during this solicitation process. All questions and concerns regarding this solicitation shall be directed to the Contracting Officer. No web based proposals or faxes will be accepted.
