The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is requesting proposals to provide a review and selection of a web-based Traffic Signal Management Tool or development of a web-based Traffic Signal Management Tool (software application), physical inventory of approximately 3700 signals statewide, and implementation of this data to the selected database. Lastly, the firm will be retained to conduct training sessions with at least fourteen (14) local governments and eight (8) SCDOT offices during a minimum of three (3) training sessions. The scope of this agreement includes all current SCDOT maintained signals and those signals maintained by locals under contract with SCDOT.
