Kitchen Upgrade
Note: mandatory pre-proposal meeting 01/15/2010.
Project shall include, but not be limited to: The removal of existing grease exhaust hoods and associated ductwork, fans, fire suppression systems, piping and controls, ceilings, lights, power etc. as required for a complete removal. Provide new grease exhaust hoods, welded ductwork, fans, fire suppression systems, make-up air system, steam & chilled water piping, ceilings, lights, utility distribution system, variable air volume system, power, controls, etc. as required for a completely operable system. In addition, work shall include electrical systems including, but not limited to: A new 1000 amp panel, sub-panels, automatic transfer switch, wiring and conduits, etc. Grease separator system shall be installed as part of Add Alternate #1.
