Kitchen Renovation
The project consists of the partial renovation of an existing kitchen suite of approximately 4,065 square feet. Work includes removal and replacement of select kitchen equipment including four (4) serving lines. Minor upgrades to existing plumbing and revisions to electrical services and utilities required to serve the new kitchen equipment is included in the scope of work. Architectural scope includes limited door and hardware upgrades and new flooring, wall base and paint.
