Kitchen Exhaust Services to Vaious Buildings Fort Lee, VA
The Government intends to award a single contract for Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Services located at Fort Lee, VA. The contract type will be a Firm Fixed Prices (IAW FAR 16.202. Firm Fixed Price Contracts) and options (IAW FAR 17.2 Options). The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, resources, management, and other items and services necessary to perform all work in connection with Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Services for Fort Lee, VA, in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement, specifications and drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Any correspondence concerning this acquisition shall reference IFB number W91QF5-14-B-0004 in the subject line.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 561790, Ventilation duct cleaning services, size standard $7.0 Million.
This procurement is one hundred percent set-aside for Small Business concerns. As prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004, interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) under the NAICS 561730. The anticipated posting date of the IFB is no sooner than 15 days after the publication of this notice.
