Kitchen Equipment Parts and Repair

This document is intended to establish an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity purchase agreement contract to provide County (County) with such quantities of Kitchen Equipment Parts and Repair as the County may order from time to time by issue of purchase orders pursuant to a resulting executed and effective agreement. It is the intent of the County to award to one vendor for all items listed.
