Kevlok Shelving
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue a Purchase Order to AGMContainer (CAGE 08992) on a sole source basis for the procurement of a total of 23 Kevlok Shelving components for use in shipboard installation supporting NAVAIR's Aviation Data Management and Control System (ADMACS).
The Government intends to award a Fixed Price purchase order for this requirement under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. These shelving pieces are specifically required for ship spaces and testing labs per the ADMACS drawings. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
