Kelvin Probe
Download the rfp file: probe.pdf.
Probe must include the following specifications:
-Must operate in standard atmospheric conditions.
-Must have 1-3 mV work function resolution.
-Must have an automated stage that allows for scanning of a sample and system must accommodate samples up to 40mm x 40mm.
-The system must have at least 0.5 micron positional resolution.
-System software must allow for the generation of 3-D maps of work functions.
