provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Maintenance of Military Family Housing at Ramstein Air Base (AB), Vogelweh, Landstuhl, Fliegerstrasse Am Blutacker, Kaiserslautern and Sembach AB also known as Kaiserslautern Military Community Housing (KMC). Military Family Housing maintenance services apply to all houses, garages; storage sheds and associated grounds, maintenance support buildings, outdoor recreation areas and playgrounds. In addition, the Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining all appurtenances, which are added to a Housing Facility during the life of the contract.
