K-20 Network Operations Cooperative (KOCO) Administration Services

The University of Washington, hereafter called "AGENCY," is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from firms interested in participating in a project to provide administrative services to the K-20 Network Cooperative (KOCO). These services may include, but are not limited to: serving as the K-20 Network Service Manager, developing budgetary material, controlling expenditures, obtaining federal e-Rate funds, assist with K-20 procurement in conjunction with the agency and DIS, public library implementation of K-20, circuit tracking, and network video engineering, among other duties. Please see section 1.2 for a more complete description of the duties required of the successful vendor.
