DESCRIPTION: The intent of this solicitation is to obtain quotes for Janitorial Services for Troy Ranger Station, Three Rivers Ranger District of the Kootenai National Forest located in Troy, MT, 59935.

LOCATION: The janitorial work to be performed is located at the Troy Ranger Station, 12858 Old US Hwy 2, Troy, MT 59935. Located approximately 1 mile north of Troy, Montana on Highway 2.
DATES: The Period of Performance is for one (1) Base Year and two (2) Option Years.
- Base Year: April 1, 2019 - May 31, 2020
- Option Year 1: April 1, 2020 - May 31, 2021
- Option Year 2: April 1, 2021 - May 31, 2022
The solicitation will be 100% set-aside for small business concerns and anticipate one award as a Performance Based Firm-Fixed-Price Performance contract.
