KOOTENAI NATIONAL FOREST / Libby Ranger District / Culverts and Bands
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-101. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is 12034319Q0013 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes only; oral offers will not be accepted. This is a 100% small business set-aside with an associated NAICS code of 332312 (Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing) and the size standard in number of employees is 500. A Firm-Fixed contract will be issued in result of this solicitation.
DESCRIPTION: The intent of this solicitation is to obtain quotes for Culverts and Bands to restock the Libby Fire Cache supply located at the Libby Ranger District on the Kootenai National Forest.
DELIVERY LOCATION: The delivery is located at the Libby Ranger District, Fire Cache facility at 1263 Hwy 37, Libby, MT 59923. Contact David Haines 48 hours prior to delivery at P: 406-283-7528.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:
The period of performance of this contract is from the date of December 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018.
