Request for Proposal for Kittrell Job Corps Center Operations with Outreach & Admissions and Career Transition Services.
The Pre-Solicitation/Synopsis Number 1630J3-19-R-00001 for this requirement was posted as a Total Small Business set-aside on September 24, 2018.
In accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Section 147 (b) High Performing Centers, an offeror (regardless of business size) currently considered to be high-performing at the Kittrell Job Corps Center shall be allowed to compete for center operations. With the exception of the aforementioned, offers received from other than small business concerns will not be considered.
Job Corps is a national residential and non-residential training and employment program administered by the United States Department of Labor to address multiple barriers to employment faced by disadvantaged youth ages 16-24 years, throughout the United States.
It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF) Center with Firm Fixed Price OA CTS contract. The contract will have a two (2) year base period, plus three (3) options for one (1) year each.
The scheduled date for the Pre-Proposal Conference and site visit at the Kittrell Job Corps Center is November 15, 2018, at 10:00 AM local time.
