KITCHEN EQUIPMENT
It shall be the intent of these specifications to describe the minimum requirements for one
(1) 40 Gallon Electric Kettle, one (1) 80 Gallon Electric Kettle, one (1) Electric
Convection Oven and Kettle Tools. The bidder shall represent by his bid, that all
equipment to be furnished is new and unused. Bid price shall include 8% SC Sales Tax
delivery. This Bid will be delivery ONLY with no installation. The kitchen
equipment shall be equivalent to Vulcan EL40, EL80, VC44ED or Blodgett KLS-E,
Mark V Xcel.
