KIOSK SIGN CONSTRUCTION, INSTALLATION, AND MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
The City of Rio Rancho (the City) is requesting proposals from qualified Kiosk Sign
Management Firms (the Offeror or Contractor) to provide a Kiosk Sign Program for the City.
The program will consist of an exclusive contract to construct, install and manage kiosk sign
structures and advertising panels within various City right-of-way locations.
