KETCHIKAN PIONEER HOME EXTERIOR UPGRADES
The Work consists of PAY ITEM 1, replacement of all clad wood windows, exterior doors as indicated, cleaning, recaulking and painting of exterior cement asbestos panel and composite siding. New cement board siding over existing cement asbestos panel siding at base, entry, courtyard. PAY ITEM 2, the Skybridge Work includes removing the concrete deck pedestrian bridge, and furnishing and installing a modular steel pedestrian bridge on the Ketchikan Pioneers Home. Additive Alternate 1 consists of installing new window units at Small Dining Room in room 219 on Level 2. Additive Alternate 2 consists of installing new window units at Sitting Room in room No. 318 on Level 3. Additive Alternate 3 consists of New Wall-Mounted Exterior Light Fixtures and Additive Alternate 4 consists of new Exterior Aluminum Doors, Frames, and Associated Hardware.
