Justice Matters activity in Kosovo
Dear Prospective Offeror:
The United States Government, represented by the U.S Agency for International Development (USAID), through the Regional Contracting Office in Kosovo, is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to implement the Justice Matters activity in Kosovo, as described in this solicitation. USAID/Kosovo anticipates awarding one cost plus fixed fee completion type contract as a result of this solicitation at the estimated cost range of $1,000,000 to $1,500,000, covering an estimated period of three (3) years from the date of contract award.
This procurement will be conducted under full and open competition, pursuant to Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) (48 CFR Chapter 1). All types of organizations are eligible to compete; USAID encourages the participation to the maximum extent possible of all small business concerns and local Kosovar organizations.

USAID reserves the right to award the contract subject to availability of funds.
