This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Renovation 3,300SF maintenance shop, remove pavement 4,500SF, new pre-engineered metal building 3,400SF, new 1,100SF infilled assembly - new oil/water seperator, bathrooms, pavement, utilities, mechanicals; tie into existing communications, fire alarm, and security; and roof alteration/replacement. All SF given is approximate. Options: new gate, new lube system.
