Joint Commission Pre-Survey Assessment Visit (PSAV) - Bavaria MEDDAC - Germany
Non-personal services to provide Joint Commission (TJC) Pre-Survey Assessment Visit (PSAV) to Healthcare Facilities within the Regional Health Command Europe (RHCE), to include U.S. Army Medical Department Activity Bavaria (MEDDACB) and Subordinate Clinics.
The Contractor shall conduct a Pre-Survey Assessment Visit (PSAV) of all applicable services/departments within MEDDACB and Subordinate Army Health Clinics (AHC) during the week of 13 August through 17 August, 2018. Survey team shall consist of five (5) members, to include the following survey specialties: 1x Medical Provider, 2x Registered Nurses, 1x Behavioral Health Specialist, and 1x Ambulatory Care Specialist.
