Joint Commission (JC) Mock Survey Consulting Services, Regional Health Contracting Pacific (RHC-P), HI
The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii intends to issue a solicitation for a new firm fixed-price, non-personal services requirement for Joint Commission (JC) Mock Survey Consulting Services to support the Regional Health Command Pacific, HI. This requirement is for an estimated period of performance from 1 February 2019 - 31 January 2024.
This indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract will be performed at the following locations: Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Honolulu, HI; Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), Tacoma, WA; Bassett Army Community Hospital (BACH), Fairbanks, AK; BG F. Sams US Army Health Clinic, Camp Zama, Japan, and Brian Allgood Army Community Hospital (BAACH), Republic of Korea.
Required experience and training for the JC Mock Survey Consulting Service vendor includes, but is not limited to:
• At least 20 years' experience in Joint Commission (JC) accreditation-related activities;
• On-site mock surveying experience of at least 1 year in the last 3 years;
• 3 years of experience as either a certified JC surveyor, participating on the Central Office and/or Special Survey Unit committee, or have chaired or co-chaired a JC committee;
• 10 years' experience with Army/DOD healthcare facilities and systems;
• Evidence of experience, proficiency and success as a JC consultant for each team member;
• Comprehensive JC report writing experience;
• Trained surveyor or committee participant;
• Current continuing education validation for the vendor and all team members;
• Former JC Inspectors are highly encouraged to respond.
The proposed acquisition will be Set-Aside 100% to small business concerns. The solicitation is anticipated to be posted around 21 December 2018. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued and no solicitation mailing list will be compiled.
