Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), a proprietary department of the City of Los Angeles (City), seeks to develop, procure, implement, and execute a customized Job Order Contracting (JOC) System for the construction, rehabilitation, or alteration of various facilities at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). The main objective of the system is to enable LAWA to rapidly engage contractors to perform supplemental construction services at LAX. The amount of Work to be awarded during the 1-year term of this Contract is approximately $145,000.00
